Can I still order through the practice?
Yes. If you’d prefer to order your medication or food through the practice, you can continue to do so.
Are all products available through the online pharmacy?
No. Some products, including controlled drugs, refrigerated medications and certain generic human medicines, are not available through the online pharmacy. If you’re unsure whether your pet’s medication is available, please get in touch with the team.
Is the online pharmacy cheaper than buying in practice?
In many cases, yes. Products available through our online pharmacy are often lower in price than purchasing directly through the practice, even when home delivery is included.
Why are products often cheaper through the online pharmacy?
Orders placed through our online pharmacy are supplied and delivered directly by our trusted wholesaler. This reduces the need for us to hold and dispense stock in practice, allowing many products to be offered at a lower price.
I’m a VIP Care Plan member. Can I order my included medications online?
Not just yet. Medications included as part of your VIP Care Plan should continue to be ordered through the practice for now. We’re working on making these available through the online pharmacy and hope to introduce this in the coming months.
